Think of me as your mentor and guide: I'll give you honest feedback and map out a path of challenges — built around the goals we set together — that keeps you growing.
Those goals start with you: your interests, your dreams, where you want the oboe to take you. From there we hold to the standards of technique, sound, and understanding that will serve you for a lifetime of playing — whether you're aiming for a career on stage, in the classroom, or simply the joy of playing well.

Lessons are mostly about music — etudes, orchestral excerpts, and the solo repertoire you love. But along the way you'll build something bigger: discipline, grit, and the ability to manage your own growth. Those habits will serve you long after any single piece, in whatever life you go on to build.
